Order Review

All of our orders are reviewed by our order processing department before charges are made to your credit card.

We check for duplicate orders and request email confirmation if there are any questions. This prevents possible duplicate charges if your browser accidentally resends a web form or script.

Temporary License may be provided

In some cases you will receive a temporary license automatically within a few minutes of placing your order. This is a full capability license which you may use to evaluate your purchase. We wait 1 business day before processing you purchase. If for any reason, during this time, you decide to cancel your order there will be no charge to credit card and your order will be canceled - no questions asked.

Returns?

Due to the licensing nature of our product, after this full evaluation grace period (actual time is at our discretion) it is our firm policy to determine the sale final and not offer refunds.

Refund of 9 month license?

If you are not certain that EazyDraw will be right for your needs, purchase the 9 month license - $20. We will refund your $20, no questions asked anytime in the first 30 days.
